I’ve been meaning to write this review for a very long time so today was the day that I decided to write it. I have been receiving my mail at Post Box Inc since March 2019. I live in a huge apartment complex and I did not feel comfortable with my mail and my packages being delivered to my residence.

I know that my packages are going to be safe and I know that they are going to hold them until I am able to pick them up. I can always call and see if a package has been delivered, or if I’m expecting a piece of mail I can have them check to see if there’s something important in my box which I really appreciate. They are a husband and wife team and they do such a wonderful job with the mail and the packages and every time I pick up my mail, Pepper is always so nice and is always smiling. She is just a sweetheart and a delightful person. She loves our puppy Jazzii too! She always gives her a treat when we bring her and Jazzii loves her too! Her husband Shawn is also just as nice. During this pandemic when we go pick up mail and if we have packages Shawn will bring them to the car and that is really nice and such a kind and thoughtful gesture.

So to anyone who is looking for a mailbox I would highly suggest getting a mailbox at Post Mail Inc. And the final thing that I would like to say is that they have a award-winning customer service and I know that every time I go pick up my mail I’m gonna get it with the smile.

Always SO COURTEOUS and friendly and helpful. The place is pretty crowded with packages but they ALWAYS find your package really quickly because they keep it all organized. Oh, and they LOVE DOGS. :-)

I have been using Post Box for almost 3 years now and haven't had any issues whatsoever. I'm very surprised by the negative reviews I'm reading and feel they are completely unwarranted. My boyfriend and I receive A LOT of packages every week and Peppina and Shaun have always been such a huge help. Not only are they understanding and accommodating of the volume of packages we receive, they also go above and beyond to help us mail out packages (they pack everything up for us, provide the boxes, and take care of everything without charging us extra or making us wait around... so convenient!). They are also very kind people which says a lot because I can imagine that dealing with mail carriers and shipping issues every day must be such a pain.

Overall I just want to say thank you for offering such a great service, we couldn't receive any of these packages without you! And I would highly recommend Post Box to anyone looking for mailing services.

I live close by and I have had a post box here for approximately 2 years. Peppina and her husband are warm and friendly and they provide excellent customer service. When I have been away and not able to check my mail, Peppina has kept my mail safely stored away to keep from my mailbox from getting overstuffed. She has even called to let me know a package has been waiting for me to pick up for awhile. I know my mail is in good hands, and I appreciate the thoughtful service.

Peppina, the owner, makes you feel like part of a real neighborhood. This is a great little establishment that caters to all your postal and mailbox needs.

I'm guessing the rating suffers from the fact that people only bother to review this kind of place when they have something negative to say, but I've only had good experiences here, and have always been a happy customer.

This nice lady was very helpful and I also just came from there she was nice enough to give me the package. I am satisfied with the results this place has to offer.

Just completed the live scan fingerprint service request for my real estate license. Peppina helped me in less than 5 minutes. She was very friendly, and gave me some tips in regards to the mailing address. It was hard for me to find someone locally who does live scan fingerprinting, so hopefully this review helps!

Update: My 2nd visit (to pick up a package) didn't go as well. Door locked, "back in 1/2 hour" sign in the window. No way to tell if that's 5 more minutes or 25 more minutes (or more). So wait, or leave and waste the trip? Bad enough to be closed during regular hours, worse to not have time to reopen. Hope it's a one time thing. Got my package later in the day after receiving SMS (text) alert of receipt, a nice feature.

Had to get fingerprinting done for my PT board and had some missing information. The lady working there was so helpful and kept calm throughout.
Would definitely come back here if I need anything.

I went in and rung a broken bell three times not sure where anybody was. A lady who was still talking on the phone quickly came by and accepted my package, had me fill out an address form, accepted my credit card (not Discover Card though) and took care of the rest (all while still talking on the phone). It took me probably less than 5 minutes and even though she was still on the phone, she was nice, quick, and efficient. I have no idea why I've wasted time at the USPS Post Office or anywhere else when I could have been going here this whole time.

I recently shipped some wine with Pepina. It unfortunately was broken in transit (not pepina's fault). I called UPS to file a claim, after getting the run around with them I called Pepina. She had me come in and gave me a check for the wine and handled the UPS claim herself. I thought that was amazing customer service on her part! I will definitely ship with her again!!!

I've used this service for over 10 years and still feel like I hit the jackpot!  Marie is the best of the best in the business.  She is honest, reliable, there for you when you need her, and her service is exceptional.  You cannot go wrong!
